Tony Luongo
President
Tony has been a leader in the food industry since 1982, with a wide range of experience over the last four decades, including senior sales and marketing positions in multinational food companies including Canada Bread and Scott Paper. Tony’s expertise in building brands and building teams is invaluable at Concord National, as the company continues to evolve. As President, Tony leads and supports the senior leadership team to ensure that the mutual goals of the business and stakeholders are always met.
Lindsay Weatherdon
Executive Vice President
Lindsay has deep industry experience, going back over 30 years. Lindsay’s early years with a multinational consumer packaged goods organization spring-boarded his entrepreneurial spirit, leading him to start his own sales and marketing agency in the early 90s. Lindsay thrives on problem-solving, teamwork, breaking down barriers, and delivering for customers and clients alike. Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys traveling, fitness and spending cherished time with his family and friends.
Ernie DeCarlo
Vice President, Sales
For the last 30 plus years, Ernie has been working in the packaged goods industry, with a focus on manufacturing and brokerage, in various roles at Concord National and Parmalat. With a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, Ernie is responsible for leading and developing the strategic growth and success of our clients with our national retail partners.
Sébastien Descôteaux
Vice President & General Manager, Concord National Division
With a 25 year track record of results, Sébastien has worked at various packaged goods companies, including Concord National, Parmalat, Purina and Maple Leaf. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from HEC Montreal, Sébastien is responsible for leading and developing the strategic growth and success of our clients with regional retail partners, while supporting the Client Management Team with our Quebec-based clients.
Bret Van De Walle
Vice President, Retail Operations
An essential part of the Concord National team for nearly 20 years, Bret has over 30 years of packaged goods experience, having previously worked at RMS-NAMSI-M30 and Canada Safeway. Bret studied General Arts at the University of Manitoba and is responsible for leadership of the Retail Operations Team, ensuring stellar execution at store-level with all retail partners nationally, on behalf of our clients.
Matt Brown
Senior Director, Client Management
With a strong foundation in retail sales, Matt has been working in the packaged goods industry for more than 18 years. Prior to joining Concord National in 2009, Matt spent time at both Maple Leaf Foods and Calgary Coop. Matt has a Bachelor of Commerce from Athabasca University, as well as a Marketing Management Diploma from Mount Royal College. Matt is responsible for leadership of the Client Management Team to ensure the strategic goals of our clients are achieved across the country.
Doug Reid
Vice President, National Accounts
Doug began his career in the grocery industry in Western Canada. From there he moved to Atlantic Canada and joined one of Atlantic Canada’s leading food brokerage organizations.
He joined Concord National in 1997 and since then has helped give leadership in the evolution of where Concord National LLP is today.
